Final Paper Formatting and Submission

(For both regular papers and short papers in the proceedings)

 
Acceptance conditions

The acceptance of both regular papers and short papers is subject to the conditions that

  • at least one of the authors registers and pays the full registration fee for the conference, and that one of the authors presents the paper at the conference;

  • the final version of the paper is submitted by January 21, 2008 at the latest;

  • the final submission of the paper should be accompanied by a short note which explains how the comments of the reviewers were taken into account. In case that there are any serious issues raised by the reviewers which have not been addressed satisfactorily, we may ask them for a quick assessment of the revised version.

Proceedings
  • All accepted regular papers and short papers will appear in the conference proceedings published by Springer as a volume of the series “Lecture Notes in Computer Science”(LNCS).

         

 

  • Manuscripts much be written in English and follow the Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS) formatting instructions. The page limits are 14 pages for regular papers and 7 pages for short papers. Please follow the link below for detailed instructions on final paper formatting and submission:

  • Please send the final PDF version, the revision note, and all LaTeX sources of your paper to

 gmp2008@zju.edu.cn.

  • The deadline for final paper submission is

Paper Submission Guidelines

Language :

  • English is the official language of the conference. Manuscripts must be written in English.

Paper abstract :

  • The paper abstracts are requested in advance to facilitate the review process and should be 150-300 words in length.
  • The paper abstract should include a title, keywords, and authors' information (name, title, affiliation, address, phone and fax numbers, e-mail address).
  • The paper abstract submission is due on Nov. 4, 2007.


Full paper :

  • All manuscripts should contain original and unpublished work and should not be under review at another conference or journal.
  • The page should be written in LNCS formatting (single-spaced, including figures, tables and references). Formatting templates are available in LaTeX2e and Microsoft Word.
  • The first part of the paper should include a title, an abstract, keywords, and author's information (name, title, affiliation, address, phone and fax numbers, e-mail address).
  • The full paper submission is due on Nov. 11, 2007.

  • All submissions without accompanying PDF documents will be removed from the conference management system.

 

Formatting:

         

  • Formatting templates are available in LaTeX2e and Microsoft Word.
  • Submissions are made electronically in Adobe PDF for documents (no paper copy will be accepted).
  • Optional supplementary material: we accept  QuickTime, MPEG-4 or DivX V.5 for additional videos, and JPEG, PNG, or TIFF for additional still images. The submission system only allows you to submit a single file for supplemental materials (such as videos or additional images). Hence, please compress all supplementary material into a .zip or .rar archive before uploading.
