Abstract:Traditional drug research and development mainly rely on the paradigm of one molecule, one target, one disease to study specific drugs for a specific disease and a certain target. This ignores the complex interaction between drugs and targets, and between diseases and targets. In recent years, many researchers have begun to devote themselves to multi-target drugs and drug combination research. I will report on our team’s research progress in big data + artificial intelligence to help drug development over the years, including the application cases of big data + artificial intelligence on the following important issues: 1) Drug target interaction prediction; 2) Drugs Non-coding RNA target interaction prediction; 3) Drug-biological pathway interaction prediction; 4) Anti-cancer drug response prediction; 5) Anti-fungal synergistic drug combination prediction; 6) Anti-cancer synergistic drug combination prediction and so on.
