Shen Changxiang

Shen Changxiang (1940-): An expert of information system engineering native of Fenghua, Zhejiang Province. He graduated from the Department of Mathematics and Mechanics, Zhejiang University in 1965, and became a member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering in May 1995.

In the field of information engineering and computer security network, he successfully developed a land-sea information processing system, a secure communication and telegraph network system, and presided over the research on computer security operating systems. He serves as the chairman of the Standards Working Committee of the Internet Society of China. He has completed more than 20 major scientific research projects and achieved important results. He won 2 first prizes, 3 second prizes, and 3 third prizes of the National Science and Technology Progress Award. He was rated as a national expert with outstanding contributions. In 2002, he was awarded the 4th National Guanghua Engineering Science and Technology Award. His main works include Real-time System Software Design and Introduction to Information Security.
