Abstract:
In this talk we discuss regular graphs that meet the Hoffman bounds and their behaviors
under normal product, tensor product and Cartesian product. The results generalize a theorem of
Alon, Dinur, Friedgut and Sudakov. Our methods require only basic linear algebra.
