摘要：This talk will cover three pieces of work below:
(1) Prediction of CT images from MR images with hidden Markov and random field models:
(2) Combining phase and magnitude information for contrast agent quantification in dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI using Bayesian hierarchical model;
(3) Estimation of block sparsity in compressive sensing.
This project is Statistical modeling and intelligent data sampling in MRI and PET measurements for cancer therapy assessment”, supported by the Swedish Research Council grant.
